Request QueueBill data deletion
Use this page to request help deleting QueueBill account, support, store, and optional Customer Live Tracking data. You can use it even if the Android app is no longer installed.
In-app deletion path
In the Android app, open Settings -> Privacy -> Request data deletion or Settings -> Data deletion. These links open this page and can also prepare an email request to QueueBill support.
For local-only stores
If you used QueueBill only in local mode, store data is stored on your device. You can remove it by clearing QueueBill app data or uninstalling the app. If you exported backup files, delete those files from wherever you saved them.
For Customer Live Tracking
If your store uses Customer Live Tracking, QueueBill creates one vendor-owned Google Sheet in the Google account you approved during setup. You can revoke QueueBill access in your Google Account permissions, delete the QueueBill-created Sheet from Google Drive, turn tracking off in the app, or email QueueBill for guided deletion support.
What to include
- Your store name.
- The Google account used for QueueBill setup.
- Your phone number or support email for confirmation.
- Whether you want local guidance, tracking Sheet deletion support, public tracking cleanup, or all of these.
What happens next
- QueueBill verifies that the request is from the store owner or an authorized contact.
- QueueBill gives deletion steps or assists with eligible tracking data where access is still available.
- QueueBill may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- QueueBill confirms completion or explains any retained data.
