QueueBill terms of service

These terms explain the basic rules for using QueueBill, including local billing, printer workflows, QR tracking, optional Google Sheet setup, and support.

Who QueueBill is for

QueueBill is built for small food counters, stalls, cafes, cloud kitchens, and quick-service vendors that need token billing, thermal printing, queue status, and customer QR tracking.

Vendor responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, tax labels, payment records, and receipt text.
You are responsible for keeping your phone, Google account, printer, and store access secure.
You should not store customer phone numbers, private notes, or sensitive personal data in public QR tracking fields.
You must use QueueBill only for lawful business operations.

Customer Live Tracking

If you turn on Customer Live Tracking, QueueBill asks you to authorize file-level Google access so the app can create one vendor-owned tracking Sheet and publish limited token status for customer QR pages.

Customer tracking is near-live. It is not a guaranteed realtime database. Customer pages may refresh periodically and can be delayed by internet connectivity, Google service behavior, caching, or vendor device sync delays.

Local data and backups

QueueBill is local-first. Billing and printer workflows can store data on the vendor phone. If you export files, create backups, or connect optional tracking, you are responsible for protecting access to those files and accounts.

Live Pro Kit

QueueBill Live Pro Kit is shown publicly as Rs4,999 one-time lifetime and includes 58mm printer hardware, setup support, Customer Live Tracking, local reports/menu tools, and priority support. The Android app shows a non-blocking contact banner after 20 orders in a business day. The app does not process upgrade payments; QueueBill support handles any upgrade or setup conversation directly.

Upgrade handling

QueueBill is free to install. The Live Pro Kit is a contact-only hardware and setup package, and local billing remains usable after the upgrade banner appears.

Availability and limitations

QueueBill depends on vendor phones, Bluetooth printers, internet connectivity, Google services, and static web hosting. We work to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect printer compatibility, or instant customer tracking updates.
