Account and Data Deletion

QMS QueueBill is local-first. Most operational queue data is stored on the device. Optional Google files are stored in the signed-in user's Google Drive.

Delete local app data

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Go to Apps, then QMS QueueBill.
  3. Open Storage.
  4. Tap Clear data, or uninstall the app.

This removes local queue records and settings stored on that device.

Delete Google Sheets and Drive backup files

  1. Open Google Drive for the Google account used with QMS QueueBill.
  2. Search for QMS QueueBill, Queue Line Kyu, queue tracking, or backup files created by the app.
  3. Delete the app-created Google Sheet and any app-created backup files you no longer need.
  4. Empty Google Drive trash if you want immediate permanent deletion under Google's retention controls.

Revoke Google access

You can revoke access from your Google Account security settings under third-party apps and services. After revocation, QMS QueueBill will need permission again before using Sheets tracking or Drive backup.
