Privacy Policy
QMS QueueBill is a local-first queue management app for token generation, Bluetooth ticket printing, QR tracking, TV queue display, optional Google Sheets tracking, and optional Google Drive backup.

Information we process
- Firebase Auth Google login data, such as staff Google account identity, email address, display name, and sign-in identifiers when Google login is configured.
- Local queue and token data, such as token numbers, queue status, counter assignment, timestamps, and basic operational settings stored on the device.
- Google Sheets tracking data in app-created files, including a
public_statusmirror used for limited customer tracking. - Google Drive backup files created by the app for backup and restore.
- Bluetooth printer permission and nearby device access needed to connect to supported receipt printers.
How data is used
Data is used to operate the queue, print tokens, show queue status, provide QR tracking, keep optional Sheets records, and restore queue backups when staff choose to use Google Drive.
Google Drive and Sheets scope
QMS QueueBill uses the limited Google scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This lets the app create and manage files that the app creates or that the user explicitly opens with the app. QMS QueueBill does not request broad Drive access, broad Sheets access, Gmail access, or access to unrelated files in the user account.
Public customer tracking
The public QR tracker reads limited queue status fields from the app-created public mirror, such as token number, status, counter, and update time. It is not designed to expose staff account data, full Drive contents, unrelated spreadsheets, payment data, or private customer records.
Data sharing and sale
QMS QueueBill does not sell user data. The app does not include advertising. Data is shared only where needed for app functionality selected by staff, such as Google sign-in, Google Drive/Sheets, Bluetooth printing, and public QR tracking.
Data retention and deletion
Local queue data remains on the device until staff clear app data, delete records, or uninstall the app. App-created Google Sheets and Drive backup files remain in the user's Google Drive until the user deletes them. See Data deletion for instructions.
Children
QMS QueueBill is intended for business staff queue operations. It is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as app features or Google permissions change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
