QMS QueueBill helps staff issue queue tokens, print receipts on Bluetooth thermal printers, show TV queue boards, and let customers scan QR links for live token tracking.
Staff can generate tokens, manage called/served/skipped states, and keep daily queue operations running even before optional cloud features are connected.
The app supports Bluetooth thermal ticket printing, customer QR tracking links, and a TV board view for queue visibility in waiting areas.
Optional Google sign-in enables app-created Google Sheets tracking and Drive backup/restore through the limited drive.file permission.
Operational queue state is stored on the device first. Staff can issue and manage tokens without a paid checkout, activation code, or mandatory cloud checkout flow.
When Google features are enabled, Sheets and Drive act as optional tracking, sharing, and recovery layers. They do not replace local queue operation.
Public customer tracking is designed to expose only queue status information needed by customers, such as token number, current status, counter, and timestamp.
